Registration is fist come first serve, unless there is an error in your application or it is missing important information. In which case, your application is counted in queue from when it is correctly completed. Sign-up for email Newsletter here to be notified of the exact time registration opens. Important: - Do not register if your child is unsure or does not want to attend camp or you are unsure of availability or do not intend to send them to camp! Instead fill out wait list form. - Do not pay until we confirm you have a spot. - If you have registered and later expect that you will not be able to send your child(ren), please contact us to free up a spot for someone else. - Respond immediately to confirmation emails or we will have to count you as declined and grant your spot to the next person on the waiting list. - Fill out the waiting list if registration is full: https://form.jotform.com/231694464889273 DEADLINE: July 24, 2025! Please fill out our online registration form below. You will have to fill out the information for each child (thus you may have to enter the information multiple times per child). Please note, do not delay. Last year we reached capacity within 24 hours and quickly had to close registration and start a waiting list. Once you've read the rules and requirements and you've registered and paid, you are all set for this year's camp, Insha'Allah. We will send reminder emails closer to the start of camp to ensure you are aware of what they will need to bring and the protocols at camp. Your child(ren) will NOT be confirmed as participants unless camp fees are paid or arrangements to pay have been made. More rules here... READ the registration form before you sign it.

Paying for Summer Camp FeesDon't pay until you register. Spots are dependent on availability. Transfer fees are non-refundable.
2025 Camp Rates: Campers ages 9-16: $400. Leaders-In-Training youth ages 17-19: $400. Max 10 boy & 10 girls. We recommend email money transfer to [email protected], but will accept cash, credit cards & Paypal. Cash must be received before camp begins. No exceptions please. Thanks for your understanding. Camp fees are not refundable. PayPal charges a fee per camper, that is the reason for the difference in fee vs the PayPal form. If you wish to avoid the additional fees, contact us at [email protected] to arrange cheque or cash payment. In past years we were blessed to be able to host refugee children and youth to attend our summer camp and experience the wonderful Canadian tradition of camping and to enjoy our beautiful outdoors.
